Job description

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Valet Livings resident-facing amenities within the multifamily industry. We are seeking a quick learner who is self-competitive, empathetic, and highly skilled at reading people and situations. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and tight-knit group of sales professionals and learn from hands-on mentorship.

In this role, you will play a critical role in generating, developing, and closing opportunities in a designated territory. You will be expected to identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and maintain client retention while increasing revenue of existing clients. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groups.

Location:

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $110,000 - $128,000 per year, which includes a base salary range of $61,000 - $71,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based on performance.

Additionally, you will receive a monthly guarantee against your commissions to be disbursed during your ramp up period.

Schedule: You are expected to allocate up to 70% of your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.

Auto allowance: As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve monthly closing targets in designated markets
  • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners and management groups
  • Rapidly build pipeline through developing relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniques
  • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow up on leads
  • Play a vital role in transitioning a client to the operations team during launch
  • Conduct start-up orientations to review service objectives and opportunities
  • Maintain weekly and monthly tracking and reporting through Salesforce
  • Engage in personal and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to the multifamily industry is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a business to business outside consultative sales environment
  • Drive and ambition with proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives
  • Proven ability to excel in split compensation structures (commission/base)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to gain conviction and leverage relationships through persuasiveness, negotiation, and influence to all levels of an organization
  • Consultative problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Time management, including organizing & planning skills
  • Guardian of company culture (ethics, brand builder, integrity)
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Valid drivers license

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
